Process Moderation
More than in the case of standard moderation techniques, the process moderation tries as neutral as possible to search for relevant groups of the project in order to reach a common goal. Communication and constant coordination with the project partner are of particular importance.
The ISÖ is currently implementing process moderation for associations (Diakonisches Werk Schleswig-Holstein, Caritas Bamberg).
